Beecher'sHope
Phase 1 buys the cashflow. Phase 2 buys the soil. This is what the first two are for: a rustic desert homestead on ground the family will own outright, and the only part of Ruach that was ever about wanting rather than earning.
Built for the climate, not the camera
Inspired by the quiet, hard-won frontier home from Red Dead Redemption 2 and reimagined for Alwar. Sandstone and earth, a deep wind-aware porch, dark-sky stargazing, and the kind of calm that only comes from land nobody can ask you to leave.
Six decisions, made early
Design principles for a desert home that belongs to its land. Every one of them is a constraint we chose on purpose.
Why it comes last
The retreat is not a daydream bolted onto a farm. It is the third milestone of a sequence that is already running, and it is funded by the two divisions in front of it.
Poultry produces predictable cash. That cash improves the soil and pays for the crop cycle. Only once both are stable does anything get built for pleasure. No phase is speculative, because no two phases happen at once.
Walk the sequence from the beginningPoultry pays
Contract broiler operations under the IB Group model produce the cashflow.
Soil compounds
Cured litter feeds regenerative crops on the same ground.
The house
Built last, from what the first two produced. A family stronghold that hosts guests when empty.
It starts with one disciplined cycle
Every phase of this is funded by the one before it. The house at the end is the reason the discipline at the start is worth it.
